Job Summary
Deliver advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft ecosystems.
Ensure system performance, customer satisfaction, security compliance, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM incidents and deliver timely, quality resolutions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for escalated SCCM tickets and mitigate technical and security issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain the knowledge base and coach junior analysts on operational procedures.
- Improve first-call resolution and reduce rejected resolutions and reopened cases.
- Proactively address potential security threats.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM, with solid knowledge of SCCM.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on incident resolution.
- In-depth understanding of Windows Server environments and support operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Optional Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate is optional but valuable.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals is optional but valuable.
