Overview

  • Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future workforce supply and demand based on organizational strategic plans and major initiatives.
  • Analyze internal and external factors impacting workforce dynamics, including economic trends, technological advancements, and labor market changes, and produce forward-looking insights and reports.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce planning policies, guidelines, and frameworks to be implemented across multiple entities.
  • Identify skills gaps at an organizational or sector level and propose initiatives to address these gaps in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and advisory support on organizational design, including structure development, job design, and job description preparation, ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Review and evaluate workforce plans submitted by various entities and provide recommendations for enhancement and optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and awareness sessions for HR teams on modern workforce planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Assess workforce planning requests related to projects, initiatives, or restructuring, and prepare recommendations accordingly.
  • Review annual workforce budgets in alignment with workforce planning outputs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic objectives, including defining performance metrics and tracking achievement levels.
  • Monitor workforce planning KPIs and prepare periodic performance and progress reports.
  • Support the development of operational plans by providing analytical inputs and updating workforce models.
  • Deliver ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective execution of workforce-related initiatives and projects.
  • Track and analyze changes in workforce data and prepare reports highlighting key observations and insights.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for workforce planning activities.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops focused on reviewing workforce data, insights, and planning outcomes.
  • Collect, process, and analyze workforce data using digital tools and business intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Prepare analytical reports highlighting trends, insights, and actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and review global best practices in workforce planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation of workforce data, methodologies, and analytical outputs in line with internal procedures.
  • Perform any additional workforce planning-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
