About the Role:
Reflection ME Wellness and Personal Development Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and people-focused Senior Wellness Program Manager to lead wellness and personal development initiatives in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing wellness programs that enhance client well-being, engagement, and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design and implement wellness and personal development programs
• Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality execution of wellness initiatives and services
• Client Engagement: Work with individuals, corporate clients, and partners
• Performance Monitoring: Track program effectiveness, participation, and outcomes
• Content & Innovation: Develop wellness content, workshops, and training sessions
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, resources, and program logistics
• Team Leadership: Manage facilitators, coaches, and wellness staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in wellness programs, HR wellness, or coaching services
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills
• Education: Degree in Psychology, Health Sciences, Business, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in wellness, personal development, or corporate training
• Leadership: Ability to manage programs and client relationships
