We are looking for a Senior Wellness Therapist Lead who can take ownership of treatment quality and team performance. You are not just delivering services you are setting the standard for excellence. You will lead a small team of therapists ensuring consistency across treatments while creating a calm welcoming environment for every guest. You are the voice of the client experience working closely with operations and front desk teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Leadership
Maintain and elevate treatment standards across all services ensuring consistency and quality

End to End Client Care
Manage the full client journey from consultation to treatment delivery and aftercare recommendations

Team Leadership
Train mentor and support junior and mid level therapists to improve performance and confidence

Client Experience
Ensure every guest receives a personalized and high quality experience that encourages repeat visits

Operational Support
Assist with scheduling service coordination and maintaining a smooth daily workflow

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 4 to 6 years in wellness therapy or spa services with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead role

Certifications
Recognized certification in massage therapy or wellness treatments

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of multiple treatment techniques including massage therapies and relaxation methods

Communication Skills
Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism

Mindset
You are detail oriented and service driven. You know when to go the extra mile for a client and when to maintain efficiency during busy operations

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
