Role Overview
Aramex is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at its Dubai facility.
The role combines hands-on operational leadership, process improvement, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Daily Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods each day.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement warehouse best practices and maintain standard operating procedures.
Team Leadership and Performance
- Manage warehouse staff, set clear direction, and drive accountability.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and foster collaboration.
Inventory and Collaboration
- Optimize inventory processes using WMS and logistics software to maintain accuracy and visibility.
- Work with other departments to meet customer demands and improve operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with WMS and logistics software.
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Benchmark
- The provided UAE market benchmark is AED 10,000–16,000 per month for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dubai.
