We are currently looking for a Senior UA Manager (TikTok) in United Arab Emirates.
This role is focused on driving high-performance user acquisition strategies across TikTok for large-scale web-based funnels in the dating and social discovery space.
You will be responsible for scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Tier-1 markets, with a strong emphasis on the United States.
The position combines hands-on execution with strategic optimization, operating at significant monthly ad spend levels.
You will build, test, and refine acquisition systems that directly impact global user growth and revenue performance.
The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly experimental, with a strong focus on creative iteration and performance efficiency.
You will collaborate within a distributed international team operating fully remotely across multiple regions.
The role offers both autonomy and ownership, with clear expectations around scale, performance, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Own and manage TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web-based funnels, with a primary focus on USA and Tier-1 markets, ensuring consistent performance and scalable growth.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns, typically managing monthly spend in the $200K-$300K+ range, with a strong focus on efficiency and profitability metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Build and maintain robust account structures, including tracking systems, domain setup, whitelists, payment flows, and overall campaign infrastructure hygiene.
- Drive a structured creative testing framework, defining hypotheses, iterating creatives, analyzing performance, and scaling winning concepts.
- Improve automation processes through rules, scripts, and integrations with third-party tools, while documenting best practices for scalable acquisition operations.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C funnels, with strong exposure to USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS-only experience is not sufficient).
- Demonstrated ownership of significant monthly advertising budgets (ideally $100K+, preferably closer to $200K+), with strong performance marketing expertise.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including scaling logic, bidding strategies, tracking, attribution, and troubleshooting.
- Strong familiarity with paid social best practices (particularly Facebook Ads ecosystem knowledge is a plus), with a balance of execution (70-80%) and strategic input (20-30%).
- Experience or strong exposure to marketing automation, AI-assisted workflows, and systematic creative testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
