Key responsibilities
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression, release, and production validation.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, execution evidence, and status reports.
- Execute functional and API testing for DigiSign BAU changes and integrations.
- Manage defects through triage, retesting, and closure with relevant stakeholders.
- Support production sanity checks, incident analysis, and release readiness.
Required skills and experience
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- API testing and validation experience using tools such as Postman.
- Test planning, test-case design, execution, and reporting skills.
- Defect tracking, triage, and root-cause coordination experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Banking-domain experience, preferably in Corporate or Transaction Banking.
- Experience testing digital-signature journeys and integrated banking applications.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and experience supporting SIT, UAT, production validation, and BAU releases.
Good-to-have skills
- UAE PASS and DigiSign knowledge is good to have.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence is good to have.
- Exposure to automation testing is good to have.
Key deliverables
Approved test plan, scenarios, and test cases.
Completed SIT, UAT, and regression execution with supporting evidence.
Defect log maintained through validation and closure.
Release-readiness and production sanity confirmation.
