- Perform maintenance, assembly, and refurbishment of rolling mill rolls and roll shop equipment.
- Carry out roll changing, grinding coordination, bearing assembly/disassembly, and roll inspection.
- Ensure rolls are prepared and available to meet production schedules.
- Inspect rolls for wear, cracks, and defects, and recommend repair or replacement.
- Coordinate with the rolling mill, maintenance, and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain roll shop records and follow all safety and quality procedures.
