Senior Technical Project Manager

📍 Location: Dubai

📅 Immediate And Short Notice Preferred

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Technical Project Manager

with a

strong technical background

to lead large-scale

Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation Programs

.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands-on technical understanding combined with strong delivery management expertise.

The ideal candidate will drive hybrid cloud initiatives across private cloud, public cloud, and enterprise shared infrastructure platforms while engaging with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

☁️ Cloud Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud transformation programs including:

• Sovereign Private Cloud

  • Public Cloud Platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud, etc.)

• Hybrid And Multi-Cloud Architectures

  • Shared Infrastructure Services (IaaS / PaaS / XaaS)
  • Manage multiple workstreams such as:
  • Cloud Foundations

🔹 Technical Leadership (Must Have)

  • Act as a
  • technical leader
  • , not just a coordinator
  • Review and challenge architecture designs and technical approaches
  • Validate:
  • Cloud architectures
  • Network & Security designs
  • Migration strategies
  • Capacity / Performance models
  • DR strategies

📊 Program & Project Management

  • Own project plans, roadmaps, schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, governance, and reporting
  • Deliver multiple parallel technical programs on time and within scope

🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, DevOps, Operations, PMO teams
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners
  • Ensure milestones, quality, SLAs, and technical deliverables are achieved

🔄 Migration & Platform Enablement

  • Lead cloud migration programs
  • Ensure service continuity, security compliance, and onboarding readiness
  • 🔹 Required Experience
  • ✔️ 10–15 years total IT experience
  • ✔️ 5+ years in Senior Project / Program Management roles
  • ✔️ Strong technical background in Infrastructure / Cloud / Systems Engineering
  • ✔️ Proven experience managing Hybrid Cloud / Multi-Cloud programs

🔹 Technical Expertise Required

  • Cloud Platforms: Azure / OCI / VMware / Others

• IT Operations & Service Management

🔹 Preferred Certifications

• Azure Architect And OCI And VMware

  • ITIL v4
