Job summary

Serve as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Business Analyst and domain SME across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations.

Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to support Quote-to-Cash implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document Quote-to-Cash requirements; facilitate cross-functional stakeholder workshops.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories; create process flows and business documentation.
  • Support Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ implementations and collaborate with architects and developers to validate solutions.
  • Define and optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, renewals, and amendments; perform gap analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Support UAT planning, test cases, business validation, change management, user training, and adoption.

Skill requirements

  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Salesforce CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and Revenue Operations.
  • Business analysis skills including requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Domain knowledge in pricing and quoting, contract lifecycle, subscription business models, revenue recognition concepts, and Sales Operations.

Other requirements and success factors

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and Salesforce CPQ Certification.
  • Revenue Cloud Advanced functional experience; experience supporting SaaS, subscription, or technology product businesses.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Strong communication and facilitation, understanding of Sales and Revenue Operations, and ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
