Job Summary
Experienced SAP FICO consultant role supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution, and compliance with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules in a production support environment.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Configure and maintain FI and CO functionality based on business needs.
- Support change requests, minor enhancements, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PS, and ABAP teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development activities.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management as required.
Requirements
- Experience as an SAP FICO consultant supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
- Ability to provide L2/L3 production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Ability to configure and maintain SAP FI and CO functionality based on business needs.
- Ability to support financial closing activities and collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Ability to participate in on-call support and major incident management as required.
