- esProvide technical architectural support across all project stag
- esReview and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documen
- tsManage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submitta
- lsEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building cod
- esCoordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplin
- esResolve design and technical issues prior to constructi
- onLead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsm
- enCoordinate engineering works with all subcontracto
- rsMaintain shop drawing registers and material submittal lo
- gsSupport QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variatio
- nsEnsure strong contractual compliance and technical coordinati

Requireme
- ntsMinimum 8 years of contracting experie
- nceUAE experience is mandat
