About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the
technical development and delivery of fit-out and design & build projects.
The
role focuses on translating design concepts into fully coordinated, buildable
solutions while ensuring compliance, quality, and execution excellence across all
project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of detailed technical drawings, shop
drawings, and IFC packages.
Ensure constructability of all design elements, especially joinery, finishes,
and complex fit-out details.
Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to resolve
technical clashes.
Manage authority approvals and ensure compliance with local
regulations.
Review and approve material submittals, mock-ups, and samples.
Support site teams during execution by providing technical solutions and
clarifications.
Maintain high standards of quality control and documentation.
Lead and mentor junior technical architects and draftsmen.
Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution.
Qualifications
and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in architecture
8–12 years of experience in fit-out and design & build projects
Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and submission processes
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and detailing
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Experience in high-end interior and commercial projects is a plus
