Senior Technical Architect

As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will work on many different challenging projects and have a wide array of responsibilities.

Cloud Consultant will demonstrate a synergistic mixture of technology coupled with strategy, and function as a technical thought leader who expresses facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner, who actively listens, absorbs and comprehends contextual meaning and the intent.

Impact and drive Pega to help us with our Pega Cloud "as-a-Service" evolution

Help support high-level architectural specifications, ensuring functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms with large clients.

Generate conceptual/logical architectures, and risk assessments

Evaluate new and emerging technologies and determine applicability to current and future projects and markets

Communicate with a team of developers, consultants, product owners, and Pega clients about project progress and risk, presenting alternative approaches and plans when appropriate

Review technical architecture for integration with third party technologies

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science (or related experience/field)

Desired experience in deploying, and running cloud native workloads using Kubernetes, microservices, and other cloud native technologies; certifications in Kubernetes (CKAD, CKA, CKS, AWS, Azure or GCP)

Minimum of 3 years of work experience driing technical and non-functional requirements critical to achieving the client success. This includes (but is not limited to), Architecture, Containerization, and cloud technologies.

Good understanding of applications in clustered deployments and distributed systems

Experience deploying software in containers like Docker

Knowledge of databases including Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL (Cassandra)

You are a Certified Kubernetes Administrator

You possess a thorough knowledge of technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, Application Servers, Relational, non-Relational and NoSQL Databases, Java / J2EE, ElasticSearch, Kafka, HazelCast

You provide thought leadership to team members, partners and clients across business and technical dimensions

Base salary range for this role is 113,800 - 176,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
