Role: Senior Technical Analyst / Implementation Support (Intellect Corporate Banking)
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a techno-functional consultant on the
Intellect Corporate Banking application
- Handle
Digital Account Opening (DAO)
- implementations and support
- Manage end-to-end
- corporate account opening workflows via Mobile Banking
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement analysis and solution design
- Provide implementation, configuration, and post-production support
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless application performance
Required Skills
- Strong experience with
Intellect Corporate Banking platform
- Hands-on exposure to
Digital Account Opening modules
- Functional knowledge of
Corporate Account Opening via Mobile Banking
- Good understanding of banking workflows, APIs, and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
