Qualifications

  • Required Skills, education and experience: Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, government technical representatives, and other supporting contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work independently or in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel. • Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. Applicable experience is acceptable in lieu of advanced education. 2 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. • Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. • Technical Expertise: Familiar with system-level architecture development, systems modeling, and advanced digital engineering tools. (CAMEO Enterprise Architect and Team Work Cloud, SysML, UPDM, BPMN, and/or UAF) • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities in dynamic environments. Desired Skills and Certifications: • Basic familiarity Defense acquisition. • Experience with C4ISR military systems will set you apart. Prior military experience is a plus. • Hands-on experience/certification in SysML-based tools, such as Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw), IBM Rational Rhapsody, Siemens Teamcenter, or Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Suite. • Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
