- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (ref: DHS STEM Designated Degree Program List).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in COOP, emergency preparedness, exercise planning, operational readiness, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop plans, reports, and briefings for senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
