Senior Systems Engineer on Dell Technologies' Systems Engineering team.
Provides proactive technical support during the sales process and helps deliver customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions with clear architectures and articulate their value.
- Enhance demonstration repeatability and lab stability.
- Support proof-of-value execution and validate success criteria.
- Mentor associates on best practices and collaborate with sales on proposals.
- Present solutions and product demonstrations; help develop installation and system integration plans.
Essential requirements
- 8+ years of field sales experience for outside sales.
- Proficiency in modern solution design and documentation.
- Experience supporting proofs of value and validating outcomes.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of improving demo stability and reuse.
Desirable qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- AWS, GCP, or Azure associate-level certification desirable.
