We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will take ownership of core infrastructure systems ensure operational stability and drive continuous improvements across our technology stack.

You will play a key role in shaping how our systems perform at scale while collaborating with engineering and product teams to support business growth.

The Environment: Our office is located in King Fahd District Riyadh offering a central professional environment close to major business and government hubs

Engineering Focus: We prioritize stability scalability and clean system design over short term fixes ensuring long term technical quality

Modern Stack: We work with cloud platforms containerized environments Linux based systems and modern monitoring and automation tools

Growth: You will work on enterprise scale systems across multiple clients and sectors with opportunities to lead infrastructure initiatives and technical strategy

System Infrastructure Ownership Design deploy and maintain scalable secure and highly available systems across cloud and hybrid environments

Reliability and Monitoring: Ensure system uptime performance monitoring incident response and root cause analysis for production systems

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers DevOps and product teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and infrastructure

Automation and Optimization: Improve system efficiency through automation CI CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and support engineering best practices across the organization

6 plus years in systems engineering infrastructure engineering or platform engineering with exposure to enterprise environments

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Linux systems cloud infrastructure networking and distributed systems

Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex production issues and implement scalable long term solutions

Communication Skills: Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders

Mindset: Strong focus on reliability scalability security and continuous improvement in enterprise systems

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
