🛠️ Seasoned Systems Engineer

📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE | ✈️ Relocation Required

We are supporting a leading Defence & Aerospace organisation in Abu Dhabi as they continue to expand their advanced engineering capabilities. We are seeking highly experienced Systems Engineers to contribute to complex, mission‑critical programs across unmanned and aerospace platforms.

This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to professionals with strong technical depth and proven end‑to‑end systems engineering experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute across the full Systems Engineering lifecycle , including:
• Requirements definition and management
• System and solution design
• Technical coordination across multi‑disciplinary engineering stakeholders
• Development and review of technical, system, and project documentation
• Track and support delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives
• Work closely with systems engineers, specialists, and project teams in a cross‑functional environment
• Apply military and aerospace standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Support integration, verification, and validation activities
• Use and contribute to systems engineering and design tools within complex development environments

🔧 Technical Exposure (One or More Required)

• Landing Gear Systems
• Hydraulic Systems
• Actuation Systems
• Test Equipment Development
• Environmental Control Systems (ECS)
• Fuel Systems
• Unmanned / UAV / Drone systems

✅ Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years’ overall engineering experience , with at least 5 years in a dedicated Systems Engineer role
• Strong background in Systems Engineering within Defence and/or Aerospace
• Proven experience across end‑to‑end project and system lifecycles
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, regulated engineering environments
• Experience working with military/aerospace standards and guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or related discipline)
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
