We are seeking a skilled Senior Windows System Administrator to oversee and manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and daily operational workloads.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows system administration, troubleshooting, security best practices, and infrastructure optimization to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator handling enterprise workloads.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or MCSE (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, and domain services.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with security best practices, access controls, and patch management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Hands-on experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery strategies, and high availability setups.
- Experience working with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, OCI).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IT environments.
