Role overview

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Google Mandiant solutions, including Threat Intelligence and Security Validation capabilities.
• Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity; support threat detection, investigation, and incident response.
• Integrate Mandiant solutions with SIEM, SOC, EDR, and other security platforms.
• Conduct security validation and identify gaps in security controls.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Google Mandiant support when necessary, and prepare reports, operational documentation, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with banking security policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience and practical Google Mandiant administration experience.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, SIEM, EDR/XDR, security monitoring tools, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Preferred certifications

• Google Cloud Security certifications are preferred.
• CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
