Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• The position is remote with travel.
• The schedule is 9/80 on the first shift and the position is classified as exempt full time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer small business subcontracting plans.
• Review solicitations, contract requirements, subcontracting data, and reporting obligations.
• Monitor performance against subcontracting goals and maintain compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit ISRs, SSRs, and Monthly FFATA reports through SAM.gov.
• Support audits, customer requests, proposals, supplier outreach, and compliance reviews.
• Partner across contracts, procurement, subcontracts, business development, and program teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, contracts, or business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in high technology, aerospace, defense, or an equivalent environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, NFS, Public Law, small business subcontracting plans, and federal compliance.
• Experience with government contracting, procurement, subcontracts, contracts administration, compliance, or supplier diversity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAM.gov reporting.
• U.S. citizenship and an active DOD security clearance or ability to obtain one are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a federal or Department of Defense contractor.
• Experience with proposals, supplier outreach, subcontract compliance reviews, or relevant ERP and reporting systems.
