Senior Supervisor -Assets Governance & Performance | UAE Nationals Only

Job Purpose

Strategy

• Implement lifecycle controls for acquisition, scrapping, replacement, and transfer; compile technical evaluations and submit periodic recommendations.
• Coordinate land and asset valuations and system updates to maintain an accurate register.
• Plan field inspections and selective inventories, set reporting cadences and closure expectations, and coordinate lifecycle committee follow-ups.

Asset Operations

• Execute scrapping and replacement workflows, including Maximo; verify on-site status and issue reports for approval.
• Follow up corrective actions for unutilized or damaged assets and verify completion with evidence.
• Supervise transfers, complete system transactions, reconcile documents, and verify resigned employees’ asset handovers in GRP.
• Review warehouse return requests, coordinate with Contracts & Procurement, monitor stored assets, and recommend actions.
• Monitor disposal in GRP and coordinate compliant processing and records with Finance.

Lands, Inspection, and Improvement

• Maintain the lands register, conduct field surveys, report utilization rates, and coordinate registration and valuation with Dubai Municipality and the Land Department.
• Coordinate leadership visits, consolidate inspection findings, close observations on time, maintain action registers, and escalate overdue items.
• Standardize lifecycle procedures, forms, and evidence packs; run data-quality checks and update guidance based on lessons learned.

Physical Working Conditions

• Conduct on-site inspections, inventories, and land surveys; validate asset status and valuations and verify corrective-action closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 9 years with a diploma.
• Listed certifications: CAMA; ISO 55001 Internal Auditor; HSE/Field operations basics.
