Penspen is hiring a Senior Supervisor for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years of significant offshore project experience.
- Demonstrated experience in field supervision.
- Hands-on experience with wellhead towers and associated mechanical equipment, piping, valves, and production facilities.
- PMC/EPC background preferred; previous ADNOC Offshore experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct field supervision and operational coordination for mechanical and associated offshore activities in the assigned work area.
- Coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and specialist personnel.
- Ensure activities are safe, efficient, and aligned with approved procedures, work packs, drawings, and project requirements.
- Apply practical experience in offshore mechanical works, wellhead tower facilities, subsea cable and pipeline interfaces, installation and hook-up, maintenance, and brownfield execution.
