Seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to supervise construction of complex building structures and resolve on-site technical challenges.
The role covers high-rise towers, long-span steel roofs, post-tensioned systems, deep foundations, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities
- Supervise reinforced concrete, post-tensioned slabs, structural steel, and composite structures; oversee deep foundations and complex load-transfer systems.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for non-standard structural systems.
- Inspect specialized works such as mega columns, outrigger systems, and large-span trusses.
- Coordinate with design teams on design-build challenges and value engineering; ensure compliance with codes and regional regulations.
- Verify structural integrity, troubleshoot site issues, report NCRs/SORs, and work with contractors on safety, cost, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years’ experience, including UAE/Dubai site supervision of complex building projects.
- Strong knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and UAE authority requirements such as DM and Trakhees.
- Proficiency reviewing structural shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; UAE Society of Engineers registration is advantageous.
