Senior Staff Engineer (Generative AI, Langchain + Langraph, Machine Learning)

Requirements

• 7.5 to 12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, and Agentic AI systems.
• Proven expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and LangSmith.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, intelligent agents, memory architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Foundation in classical machine learning, structured and unstructured data, MLOps, model monitoring, and drift analysis.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Databricks, plus Git and GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Official notice period must be 30 days or less, with the ability to join within one month.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable applications using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Develop intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and memory-driven architectures.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, tracing, testing, and observability frameworks for AI solutions.
• Build MCP-based services and integrate AI systems with APIs, applications, code execution environments, and knowledge sources.
• Apply machine learning to structured and unstructured business problems, including model optimization and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to productionize AI and ML solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability of AI-powered applications.
• Support MLOps initiatives, technical documentation, coding standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and AI engineering.
