Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Technical Design:
  • Own and drive end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise implementations.
  • Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform capabilities.
  • Define architecture standards, design patterns, and technical best practices.
  • Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce data models, integrations, automation, security, and performance.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives.
  • Salesforce Technical Expertise:
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Design reusable, scalable, and maintainable components following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Ensure governor limit optimization, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance tuning.
  • Guide development teams on complex technical challenges and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure technical quality and adherence to architecture standards.
  • Integration & Data Architecture:
  • Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Define integration strategies, error handling, monitoring, and data synchronization mechanisms.
  • Design scalable Salesforce data models and data management solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is an advantage
