Senior Specialist, Software Engineering- Full-Stack, GenAI and Agentic AI

The Opportunity

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Develop full-stack applications, responsive interfaces, secure APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, including evaluation, orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, authentication systems, knowledge repositories, and business workflows.
• Work with relational databases, vector databases, search platforms, and cloud-native data services.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and support applications across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Apply secure software engineering practices covering authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, secrets management, and data protection.
• Lead Agile delivery activities, mentor colleagues, define engineering standards, and contribute to solution architecture and architectural trade-off decisions.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–11 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Experience building cloud-native applications and deploying solutions into production.
• Strong Python skills plus at least one additional technology stack such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with full-stack engineering, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, AI applications, vector databases, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and LLMOps.

Secondary Skills

• AWS or GCP certifications and cloud-native patterns are advantageous.
• Distributed data processing, secure data integrations, UX and design thinking, accessibility, performance practices, global team experience, and healthcare or regulated-industry experience are advantageous.

Work Arrangements

• Flexible work arrangement: hybrid.
• Travel is not required.
