Hiring: Senior Specialist – P2P & Contract Management \| Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead procurement compliance, contract governance, risk management, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) process controls within a large and complex organization.
This is a 7-month contract, renewable based on performance and business requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- CIPS or equivalent Procurement qualification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Audit, Finance, P2P, or S2P processes
- Experience within the Aviation industry or similar large-scale organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience in procurement compliance, governance, risk management, and internal controls
- Experience managing procurement audits, control testing, assurance reviews, and corrective action plans
- Experience drafting procurement processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, and contracts
- Proven experience in process re-engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of contract negotiation, contract compliance, and contract performance management
- Experience in supplier performance management, supply market analysis, and sourcing activities
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Dubai Government procurement regulations, public sector procurement frameworks, or similar governance environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Tejari, and Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting tools is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end P2P/S2P compliance and governance
- Lead procurement controls, risk assessments, and assurance activities
- Monitor purchase order compliance and procurement data integrity
- Partner with Risk & Assurance teams to implement and maintain procurement controls
- Review audit findings and drive closure of corrective actions
- Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Support procurement process improvement and standardization initiatives
