Senior Specialist - Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex features.
• Develop Java and Spring backend services and React frontend applications.
• Deliver business capabilities while improving maintainability, performance, and reliability.
• Design scalable APIs, integrations, and service-oriented solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, integration, and database layers.
• Modernize a large legacy Java monolith using incremental migration approaches.
• Reduce technical debt and improve architecture, code quality, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
• Drive coding standards, automated testing, secure development, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Support Azure or AWS deployments, monitoring, observability, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Seven to eight or more years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Production application support experience, including incident investigation, performance troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support.
• Experience with large established codebases and enterprise modernization, refactoring, or migration.
• Experience maintaining business enhancements and production support during modernization initiatives.
• Experience with automated unit and integration testing and CI/CD tooling.
• A degree or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
• Solid SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Strong Java 8–21 proficiency with practical Spring Boot and Spring Cloud knowledge.
