As Senior Specialist Finance (Residential DMO/DFA), you will be at the financial heart of Qiddiya s residential development strategy.

Your expertise will shape the financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies that guide multi-billion-riyal residential projects from concept to completion.

You will ensure that every decision is backed by robust analysis, enabling Qiddiya to deliver world-class communities that are both financially sustainable and socially impactful.

Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of detailed financial models for residential projects, incorporating market data, cost estimates, and revenue projections.

Partner with the Development Management Office (DMO) and Development Finance & Analysis (DFA) teams to align financial strategies with project milestones and delivery timelines.

Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, returns, and optimal investment structures.

Prepare investment cases, feasibility studies, and board-level presentations to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor project financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations to ensure financial considerations are embedded in every stage of development.

Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that could impact residential development strategies.
