Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of IT project delivery experience, with at least 4 years focused on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex SAP implementations end‐to‐end.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Certified Delivery Manager certification preferred.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models in hybrid environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making capabilities.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior delivery staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‐to‐end delivery of S/4 HANA implementation projects, from kickoff to post‐go‐live support.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments.
- Coordinate cross‐functional teams, vendors, and partners to achieve seamless execution.
- Act as primary liaison with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Enforce Bristlecone delivery methodology and SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge‐sharing across delivery teams.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, executive dashboards, and financial updates.
- Oversee resource planning, allocation, and capacity management to meet project demands.
- Conduct post‐implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and ensure knowledge transfer.
