Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate project and subteam activities.
• Estimate skill requirements and work with resource deployment managers to identify and integrate appropriate resources.
• Define and agree on deliverables and milestones; set and control scope.
• Communicate status and vision to client management and stakeholders.
• Manage the project team, including regular evaluations.
• Manage project finances and risks.
• Guide the MM team on requirements analysis, fit-gap, process options, configuration, and testing.

Required experience and qualifications

• At least 8 years directly involved in designing and implementing SAP solutions across the project lifecycle from preparation through go-live and hypercare.
• At least 5 full-lifecycle implementations.
• At least 4 years managing teams of 10 or more FTEs.
• At least 3 years as Project Manager for a new opportunity or an add-on project for an existing client.
• Expertise in COPA; ability to guide MM requirements analysis, fit-gap, process options, configuration, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated implementation capabilities across full-cycle implementations.
• Finance qualifications such as CA or CMA are ideal.
