Key roles and responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements Egypt Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects that align with clients business goals Work closely with the development team to ensure providing the best solution to the customers and smooth handover in the execution phase Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the new technologies and of any changes in the current technologies and its roadmap Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product. Understand, analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals Addressing technical inquiries while analyzing the RFPs Developing detailed proposals that include costs, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant information.
