Senior Solutions Architect – Level III Support

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide **expert-tier Level III support** for all incidents, both remote and on-site, across the Foundation’s IT environment.
• Deliver **technical consulting and proactive maintenance** ,so expected to spend **one full business day per week physically present at the Abu Dhabi headquarters** for on-site support.
• Act as **primary escalation point** for critical issues involving servers, hybrid cloud, network infrastructure, security, and Unified Communications.
• Ensure **continuous operational stability** by reviewing, optimizing, and tuning configurations for:
• Core switching and routing (Cisco)

• Unified Communications (Cisco IPT, Teams, SBC)

• Palo Alto firewalls and network security
• Conduct **architecture reviews, risk assessments, and DR planning**.
• Mentor and guide other IT staff to elevate technical capabilities and standardize best practices.
• Respond to **unlimited Level III support incidents** in accordance with service commitments.

Required Expertise

• **CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure** – expert-level proficiency in core switching, routing, and network design.
• **CCIE Collaboration** – expert-level proficiency in Unified Communications and IPT troubleshooting.
• **PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer)** – expert-level knowledge in firewall configuration, policy optimization, and threat prevention.
• Extensive hands-on experience in multi-domain enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, network, security, and collaboration systems.
• Proven track record of **technical consulting and project-level decision-making**.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with leadership and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT operations and architecture.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, Nutanix, or VMware).
• Prior experience providing **on-site technical residency and proactive consulting**.
• Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous incidents across domains without service degradation.
