Overview
The SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive is responsible for selling a defined portfolio of SAP CX products solutions across a targeted line of business or buying centre such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data.
This role focuses on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through SAP s CX suite.
Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized.
Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with SAP.
Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts.
Maintains customer relationship and influences customers' requirements' specification.
Typically carries a quota.
Accountability
- responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility.
- internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters.
- works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions.
- collaborates in devising long-term concepts.
- may include team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
