Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the core banking platform.
- Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.
- Coordinate delivery with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements.
- Support capacity planning, end-of-day optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required skills
- FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
- Oracle Database and WebLogic.
- REST, SOAP, and API technologies.
- Integration, ESB, and Kafka.
Required experience and knowledge
- 12–15 years of experience in core banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
- Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in project delivery.
- Retail and corporate banking domain experience is preferred.
