The Senior Solution Architect leads technical initiatives and sustenance-track projects for a Core Banking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage Core Banking sustenance projects and technical initiatives.
- Review and design architectures for enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.
- Coordinate delivery with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements.
- Support capacity planning, end-of-day optimization, modernization, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver initiatives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required technical skills
- Oracle FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
- Oracle Database, WebLogic, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies including ESB and Kafka.
Experience and knowledge
- 12–15 years in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
- Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Retail and corporate banking experience is preferred.
- Hands-on project delivery experience.
