Senior Solution Analyst – Supply Chain Planning

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Implement advanced planning capabilities in a domain such as demand, S&OP, supply, inventory, manufacturing, or spare parts planning.
• Design robust touchless digital planning solutions for scale, availability, and growth.
• Own deliverables through the software development lifecycle.
• Manage digital supply chain program portfolios and transformation initiatives.
• Scope and manage projects, software quality, risks, schedules, communications, and deliverables.

Global Planning Delivery

• Build a global template of domain-specific capabilities for rollout across more than 33 plants.
• Build supply chain planning capabilities as a product.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders in the assigned domain.
• Standardize planning templates against industry and tool standards and own relevant KPIs.

Technical Leadership

• Bring a DevOps mindset and help expand it into a center of excellence.
• Revolutionize end-to-end supply chain models.
• Mentor data engineers, solution architects, and product teams.
• Introduce best practices, emerging patterns, and modern architectural approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience implementing complex supply chain solutions.
• Deep expertise across at least two supply chain planning domains.
• Multiple end-to-end implementations using Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain solution design, data integrations, scenario planning, and best practices.
• Experience translating business processes into scalable digital solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis Maestro authoring and solution consultant certifications are preferred.
• Experience enabling AI or machine learning for supply chain use cases is preferred.
• Prior experience with global manufacturing environments is preferred.
