QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:
  • Salesforce Sales/Service cloud product knowledge and at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficient with user management, case management, API integration, reports/dashboards and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Experience cloud and Agentforce development.
  • Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce cloud experience.
  • Desirable:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations or Generative AI is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Experience integrating both internal/external services using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
  • Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Competency in other languages / development (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP-based web services etc.).
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
  • Active in the Salesforce community.

  • Compensation range for this role is $97,290.00 - $126,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
