Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Engineer to work on a contractual basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, working on the Micro1 platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

This role is crucial in driving innovation and growth in the technology industry, and the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for software development and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software applications to meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and scalable software systems, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, with a strong understanding of software development principles and patterns.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
