Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Financial Data Privacy Analyst to work on a contractual basis.

This person will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring the privacy of financial data, working in a remote setting, and contributing to the development of data privacy protocols.

The work of a Financial Data Privacy Analyst is crucial in protecting sensitive financial information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial data to identify potential privacy risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data privacy protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of data privacy policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure data privacy protocols are being followed.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in data privacy regulations and implementing updates to protocols as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and laws, such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience in implementing compliance protocols.
  • Experience working with financial data and analyzing potential privacy risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential data privacy risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
