Role impact

Work with clients across sectors to advise on using technology and to build and deliver products at scale.

Drive architecture, technology decisions, and Agile delivery for next-generation products.

Lead project workstreams and help clients build technical capabilities and engineering best practices.

The role is part of the Tech & AI delivery group, a multidisciplinary team of software, data, and cloud engineers, designers, architects, product owners, and technologists.

The role is listed with the Tech & AI team in Riyadh, Doha, or Dubai; some travel to work with clients is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients across industries on technology opportunities.
  • Drive architectural design and make strategic technology decisions for client and internal products.
  • Deliver scalable products using Agile methodologies.
  • Lead project workstreams and build client technical capabilities and engineering practices.
  • Co-create hands-on solutions with clients and their leadership.
  • Collaborate with developers, Agile coaches, designers, strategists, and technology specialists.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to a learning and engineering culture.

Qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Significant full-stack web application development experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on full-stack knowledge using some listed languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and delivery tools.
  • Experience leading Agile teams, coaching Agile mindsets, participating in sprint ceremonies, defining work, and developing engineers.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience modeling or coaching design patterns, customer-centric design, test-driven development, refactoring, code review, and OWASP Top 10 security awareness.
