Lead teams delivering enterprise-grade software solutions and shape client technology strategies.
Work across industries and technologies, influencing client decisions and engineering cultures.
What you will do
- Lead multiple development teams and define short- and long-term technology strategies.
- Architect, design, and deliver software solutions hands-on.
- Mentor client teams in adopting engineering best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to support alignment and measure solution success.
- Engage with C-level leaders to influence strategic decisions.
Qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of software development and architecture experience.
- Full-stack experience with some listed languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and engineering tools.
- Experience leading Agile teams, coaching, and building developer capabilities.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
- Technical community involvement and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English and local office language skills.
- Strong time management in a complex, largely autonomous work environment.
