Senior Software Engineer - Privileged Access Management (PAM / IAM)- India

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, and the ABP framework.
• Design and deploy PAM and IDAM solutions while enforcing Zero Trust, least privilege, and SCIM integrations.
• Own continuous delivery and automated testing, including Playwright E2E and performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Establish governance for AI-assisted workflows, mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared skill libraries.
• Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Implement telemetry, logging, and tracing to monitor health, latency, and SLA or SLO compliance.
• Manage technical debt, refactor legacy components, and standardize engineering practices across Agile sprints.
• Participate in incident management, contribute post-incident reviews, and resolve incidents promptly.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core or ABP Framework, Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DocumentDB, or comparable relational and NoSQL architectures.
• Strong hands-on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation experience.
• Proficiency with automated testing, Playwright E2E automation, and load or stress testing tools.
• Direct experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
