Senior Software Engineer - Privileged Access Management (PAM / IAM)- India

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, and the ABP framework.
• Design and deploy PAM and identity access management solutions using CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Enforce Zero Trust, least privilege, and SCIM integrations.
• Own continuous delivery with Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK.
• Implement automated, end-to-end, performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Lead AI-assisted workflows, mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared skill libraries.
• Build services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Implement observability and support SLA/SLO compliance.
• Manage technical debt, standardize engineering practices, and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DocumentDB architectures.
• Hands-on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation experience.
• Proficiency with Playwright and load or stress testing tools.
• Experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.

Workplace and Availability

• The role is remote within the country specified in the job description.
• Engineers are expected to participate in assigned on-call shifts.
• Candidates must be located in and authorized to work in the specified country.
