Role overview

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and technical success of significant product-module features.
• Build scalable SaaS applications with .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Flutter or React.
• Make domain-level architectural decisions, lead design reviews, and plan and estimate work.
• Drive testing standards, coverage, and improvements to test automation.
• Maintain component compliance and security, including threat modeling and attention to data governance.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering colleagues to deliver customer-focused features.
• Own production monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and incident response for developed components.
• Use AI-assisted tools across the engineering lifecycle and critically review generated output.
• Document designs and explain technical decisions and trade-offs to varied audiences.

Experience and skills

• 5–7 years building enterprise-scale SaaS applications with .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server/NoSQL, and Flutter or React.
• 3+ years building highly available, scalable distributed cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Production experience with AI-assisted development tools and strong system design and problem-solving skills.
• Exercise engineering judgment when reviewing AI-generated code, especially for security, performance, reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfort in a fast-paced, evolving product organization.
• Developer productivity tooling, prompt libraries, reusable workflows, MCP servers, and AI-enabled engineering automation are a plus.
