Senior Software Engineer - M365 Core

Design, develop, and deliver scalable software and services that automate M365 capacity delivery from supply chain and capacity signals through provisioning, validation, and decommissioning. Develop automation and intelligent workflows that simplify complex infrastructure processes, reduce manual operations, and improve the speed and reliability of capacity delivery. Explore and apply AI and other emerging technologies where they can improve engineering efficiency, operational decision making, troubleshooting, and automation. Drive technical design for complex feature areas, making informed trade-offs across scalability, reliability, resiliency, security, performance, and long-term maintainability. Partner with engineers and stakeholders across organizational boundaries to understand requirements, manage dependencies, create technical clarity, and drive solutions. Use telemetry and production data to understand system behavior, identify bottlenecks and failure patterns, and continuously improve service health and operational efficiency. Drive engineering excellence through design and code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, controlled deployments, and operational readiness. Mentor other engineers, share technical knowledge and best practices, and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture where others can succeed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 3+ years technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
