How We Work
- Engineers work in an agile team with designers, a product manager, and an analyst.
- The team operates across the Tallinn and London offices.
What You Will Work On
- Drive the technical vision for the backend solution powering the recipient user experience.
- Help scale and build a world-class recipient management product.
What You Need
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Several years of Java 8+ knowledge.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimisation, and schema design.
- A strong product mindset, customer focus, and data-driven approach to solving customer pain points.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.
- Commitment to coding best practices, code reviews, and open feedback.
- Ability to write testable code and use Test-Driven Development.
- Ability to collaborate and bring people together to solve problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with Backend-for-Frontends.
